The following service packs can only be applied to client version 8.5.0. Service Pack 12 is required to update Client Versions 8.0.0 through 8.4.0 to 8.5.0. Then 8.5.0 the latest 8.5.0 service pack may be applied.

The JUNE 2007 service pack is a cumulative service pack that contains all APARS from previous release as well as the following (see the SPJUN07_README.txt for details):

- Corrects issue when 'jobbing off with quantity' and selecting multiple jobs, the Clock Off-Operation data entry screens were not presented in the same sequence as the jobs selected are displayed.

- Corrects issues with work center and item refresh (see SPJUN07_README.txt for details)

- Corrects several issues with multiple scrap reasons (see SPJUN07_README.txt for details)

- Corrects an issue where Job ON is displaying multiple records for the same MO and Operation.

- Require the selection of a tracking level when adding a control record and allow the ability to delete serial control records

- Corrects a requirement for the location to be entered when performing a receipt on a PO Blanket order

The APRIL 2007 8.4.0 service pack contains the following APRS

-Added functionality to allow users to default a work center location for RM transactions. Bundle BRX required and included with Service Pack. See Readme.TXT

-Limits the ‘Force Job Off’ tailoring, when set to N, to be applicable only within a worker’s lunch period.

The March 840 service pack contain the following APRS.

- Corrects PO transactions to use the correct turnaround number for misc/service items that are listed multiple times on one PO.

- Corrects Planned issue screen when called from Job OF to filter out floorstock codes C & U

- Corrects issues with RM Complete and FIFO Date entry field Tailoring on RM Screen.

The February 840 service pack contain the following APRS.

This service pack is required before any future service packs can be applied!

- Resolves an issue where Jobbing OF with 0 Qty is causing the OP status to go to 20.

- Resolves an issue where pressing the Enter key when in the Batch Lot Field. Pressing the Enter key on the keyboard is now the same as clicking the OK button.

- Adds tailoring to allow TA for lunch without having to JOB OFF or back ON to an order.

- Added required file structure for an upcoming language translation feature.

- Resolves several issues. See APR 8-0046.TXT documentation in download.

The JANUARY 840 service pack contain the following APRS.

- Resolves an issue with the BARCODE screen when launched from the Job/On assignment screen doesn't allow Order Only entry when tailored.

- Resolves an issue when Transferring a component to a location where the component exists with a QC status of "2 0" and the following error msg. is incorrectly displayed "item Status not equal to location status error".

The following fix packs can only be applied to client version 8.3.0 or 8.2.0 if all previous released APR and ENH have been applied.

The November 830 service pack contain the following APRS.

- Corrects an issue with all data sources correctly being changed when changing environments

- Corrects an issue in the Material Handling Add Location screen where the more than 10 characters were allowed in batch field.

- Corrects issue with Material Handling Add Location field not requiring a batch lot number and allowing more than 10 characters to be entered.

- Corrects an issue with JOB OFF with Quantity if there are NO records in the files DCSNMS and/or DCSNOP - JOB OFF transaction not being created.

- Corrects an issue that exists with the population of the warehouse field on the IM transactions screen to only use the default value from the tailoring options screen when no value is passed from file.

- Corrected several issues with respect to the QC status indicators and the error messages when Transferring items across warehouses.

Contains a critical fix for the August and July service packs.

- Adds the ability to tailor the Job ON default "View" to All Operations, Operations in Facility, or Assigned Operations. In addition give the ability for the employee to see if anyone else is jobbed on to the order.

The August 830 service pack contain the following APRS.

- Corrects an issue where the Barcode Entry window is not passing parameters to the QM interface.

- Corrects an issue when After pressing the OK button the message "TW - Transaction Created Successfully" is shown but the cursor is NOT being positioned to the Item Number field.

- The 'CF' table logic is not working when you provide an Order and Operation on the Barcode Routings/Job On - Order/Operation window.

- Corrects an issue when the tailoring option (10,28) is set to 'N' to NOT display the backflushing window the 'IP' transactions are only created for the first occurance.

- Based upon NEW client tailoring, when reporting 'Order complete' at the RM verify all components issued. Warning or Error should be issued.

- The RD and RI for blanket items does not filter status 05 and 50 release when tailoring Q75 is set to 'N' like the RP does.

- When doing a Serial Tracking - Transfer Serial Number, the Batch Lot number is NOT being updated in the DCSNMS file. Need to copy the logic for requiring a Batch Lot from the Create Serail Number to the Change and Transfer programs.

The July 830 service pack contain the following APRS.

- Resolved an issue where a transferred serial numbers that contained a RM quantity was not selectable at the transferred MO.
Added code to check the Client Tailoring to provide a default value for the Batch Lot.

- Resolves an issue where Paper-Less is not updating the next active operation when jobbing off with quantity and there is an inactive operation in between.

- Resolves an issue where Labor Effiecency Summary screen differs between GS and PB with Variance Hours reported when no Labor is reported.

- Adds a column to display the Item Number on the Work with Serial Numbers In Process.

- Resolves and issue where the QC Complete doesn't display or process fractional quantities.

Starting with Version 8.3.0 client fixes will be offered at the end of each month in the form of a APR SERVICE PACK the contents of the JUNE FIX PACK is listed below.

- Resolves an issue when the Receipt To stock does not issue the Batch Lot Number Required when it should after selecting a location using the More Locations button.

- Resolves an issue where the incorrect Completion Code is being written on the transaction record when tailored for Multi Scrap Reason and only entering one line of information.

- Resolves an issue in QRMS where the test Set Header window can be seen under the SPEC LOOK window after pressing the Prompt button.

- Resolves an issue when a Crew ON in an OFF only facility selecting create ON does not work.

- Allow the LEAP scheduling application to schedule manufactoring orders and have those orders be displayed through the MDCC Job ON application when the Scheduled Operations button is pressed.

- BQF is a requirement of ENH80011

- ENH80013 When doing a P.O. Receipt To Stock and tailored to return to the Item selection, the quantity remaining that is displayed is NOT reflective of the transaction just completed..

After applying all the above, your client will be the same as V8.2.0

PO Receipt To Stock (RP) is allowed to a QC location when it should NOT be. The same issue exists in the Receipt To Stock (RM).

Add NEW tailoring options to the Global Options, PO Receipt anb IM Transactions tabs. The new option on the Global Options tab will allow for changing the sort sequence for the Location Look-Up

Fixes an issue on the work with serial number screen where the vertical scroll arrows are grayed out and are disabled when they should NOT be.

he unit of measure conversion was not being properly applied when entering an RP, RI, or RD transaction through Powerbuilder. In addition the Recieved to Dock value on the PO receipt screen was not correct based on the default UOM set in tailoring.

Fixes an issue where that allows null serail numbers to be created during the Job Off with quantity process.

Correct the issue that exists with the plmc.ini NOT being used when it is put in the server location for Auto Updates.

Correct the Database Operation Error issue that exists on the Work with Test Data - Test Set Header window when Serial Tracking is tailored off.

Correct the issue that exists with the Multi Scrap Reason code with incorreccreation of DCTRN records. One of the 'OF' transactions is missing.

Correct the situation that prevents the user from not entering a value in the Scrap Code column on the Nesting Job Off Qty Reporting window. The customer can set up a blank as being a valid reason code in either DCRSN or the DCTABLE 'JO' table.
